Part of Raluca Buzura’s SUBTERRANA collection, the Regeneration Brooch explores the moment when new life begins to emerge from rupture.
Handcrafted in black porcelain with gold lustre, its fractured, layered surface recalls scorched earth split by glowing golden fissures. From this broken terrain, delicate organic forms burst outward, suggesting growth taking shape after destruction.
Sculptural and powerful, Regeneration embodies the central idea of SUBTERRANA: from fracture comes transformation, and from darkness, the possibility of renewal.

Material: porcelain covered with pigment and fired at high temperature of 1250 degrees, embellished with colloidal gold details. The piece is assembled on a support of artificial leather and the closing system is made of brass & steel.
