Mademoiselle Pogany, one of the most famous sculptures of Constantin Brancusi, is the inspiration for these earrings. Brancusi's sculpture is a portrait rendered as a smooth ovoid with exaggerated, strongly stylized features: the eyes are large and almond-shaped, the nose, a smooth bridge between them, the mouth and ears reduced to mere vestiges.

Material: finest translucent porcelain fired at high temperature of 1250 degrees, embellished with colloidal gold details and grey pigment.
