If you're considering the purchase of pearls, it's likely that you've been charmed by their exquisite beauty. The stunning sheen with its holographic reflection is truly captivating. Jewellery crafted from pearls possesses a timeless quality, exuding class, elegance, and sophistication. Over the years, iconic figures such as Audrey Hepburn, Coco Chanel, and Elizabeth Taylor have made pearls a staple piece to own.

In the past, pearls were regarded as a luxury and were restricted to the aristocracy, beyond the reach of the common folk. Despite the contemporary accessibility of pearls, they still carry a certain status symbol, harking back to their historical prestige.

Designer Maria Psarianou, a fresh addition to the gallery's designer lineup, originating from Greece, particularly Thessaloniki works primarily with pearls, and her designs emanate an everlasting sense of elegance and sophistication.

What I particularly admire about her creations is the way she ingeniously transforms the necklace closures into exquisite, state-of-the-art decorative elements. This combination of practicality and spectacle renders each piece entirely unique and captivating.

Regarding rings, I find her to be both imaginative and contemporary. Take a glimpse at her double rings – one of them creates the illusion of pearls suspended between the fingers, while the other forms a bridge of pearls connecting the fingers. It's worth noting that these designs are not only visually striking but also practical and comfortable to wear.

As for earrings, all of her creations offer a contemporary take on timeless pearl earrings. Some of them are designed in two parts, allowing you to wear them in multiple ways, providing versatility and style.

As I contemplate pearls, they evoke thoughts of the sea, vacations, and the beauty of nature in general. They also bring to mind some unforgettable sunsets. Indeed, the simple pleasure of witnessing a sunset fills one's heart with joy and serves as a reminder that life's most exquisite treasures come without a price tag.

The artist Raluca Buzura's latest collection is aptly named "Golden Hour," capturing the essence of every sun enthusiast. This collection enables us to carry the enchantment of those fleeting moments close to our hearts.

The collection artfully portrays the mesmerizing hues of a sunset and celebrates the extraordinary gift of natural light, reminding us to cherish and appreciate it even more.

The "Sand and Stars" collection has been crafted by the talented designer Dolly Boucoyannis. Aside from the sheer beauty of her designs, I am particularly enamored with the concept of combining precious materials with elements like pebbles, which are often overlooked by the general public for their intrinsic value. However, in nature, it can sometimes be more challenging to find a perfectly shaped stone weathered by the sea or wind than it is to come across other precious materials.

Among this collection, I have two favorite pieces that I frequently adorn myself with: the pearl and diamond ring, a constant fixture on my hand, and the "beach ant" ring, my preferred choice for special occasions. To be candid, I've even added two more items to my wish list: the flower bracelet and the cross pendant.

The complete collection, which will be showcased at Romanian Jewelry Week, will be made available online tomorrow evening. If you are unable to attend the event but are interested in any of the pieces, please feel free to reach out to us. Your inquiries are most welcome.

When I choose jewellery pieces, I have in mind the people that desire to make a statement with their everyday choices. For me, it is the creative act that matters, I want the jewellery to be recognised, understood, and finally worn. It’s not about what is in fashion right now. I am proposing pieces that are made to last, with no season boundaries, easy to wear and created ethically.”
